    Kerry Ann Mason

Kerry Ann Mason, PMP®, founder of Point of Alliance, is a seasoned partner to Fortune 100 leaders, orchestrating distributed, multi-partner teams to deliver high-stakes outcomes on audacious timelines and within budget. She has led programs from $6M to $500M (totaling $2B+) across 15+ countries in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—spanning real estate, design/construction & facilities, operations (technology), employee experience, and strategic partner management. Her portfolio includes complex, cross-border work for Nike, Bloomingdale’s, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the Bank for International Settlements, the U.S. Department of Defense, and USAID.

Trained as a licensed architect and LEED® professional, with a Smartsheet® Core certification, Kerry translates design discipline into human operating systems leaders can actually run. Through CALM—clarity, cadence, and ownership—she aligns executives, sets decision rights and governance rhythms, and equips teams with light, vendor-agnostic tools. The result: faster decisions, visible progress, and sustained results—proving that hard, important work doesn’t have to feel hard forever; it can be done in less time, with more joy, and your team leaves stronger once Point of Alliance steps back.

  • "We would like to extend our outmost appreciation for your contributions to the [...] Project. Your hard work, dedication and professionalism have been instrumental in helping the Project surpass a critical juncture. It has been an honor and a pleasure to collaborate with you, and we wanted to acknowledge this as we are hours away from [milestone]. This would not have been possible without [your team], and your role and support were critical. Thank you, again, so much for everything!"
